All-Clad Reviews

The website does not work. I am trying to buy $500 worth of all-clad cooking pots and the website doesn't work. I then called the customer service and after waiting 20 min, no one would answer. They just lost my business.

I'm an avid home cook who loves experimenting with food, preparing high quality healthy meals from scratch, while not short changing on Sunday night desserts. I purchased the basic set of All-Clad pots and pans about 18 years ago, splurging at the time, to upgrade my ordinary and hand-me down rag tag inventory. I've since bought a few more All-Clad items to give me more flexibility. These pots and pans are a true pleasure to cook with! Nice heavy bottom, even heat distribution, good sizes, easy to use handles. Lids fit well too. Simply very high quality, lovely equipment to use. These pots and pans are used almost every day and they still look great after 18 years! If I cook something that cooks/sticks onto the sides of the pan, I let the pan soak in soapy water overnight and simply wipe it out the next morning.
